Terms & Policies
Bookings & Payments
- Deposit: $100 non-refundable deposit reserves your date and is applied to your total.
- Balance: Due by event start unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payment methods: Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay (via secure checkout). Cash by prior arrangement.
- Receipts: Issued automatically after online payment.
Cancellations & Changes
- Client cancellation: Deposit is non-refundable. If canceled within 7 days of the event, any remaining balance may still be due if the date cannot be refilled.
- Date changes: We’ll try to accommodate. If unavailable, it’s treated as a cancellation.
- Force majeure: If events beyond control prevent performance, both parties may reschedule in good faith; deposit remains as credit for the new date.
Performance & Requirements
- Stable 120V power within 25 ft of setup location.
- Load-in access at least 60 minutes before start; 60 minutes after for teardown.
- DJ table or 6’ banquet table preferred; space approx. 8’x6’ for setup.
- Outdoor events: shaded/covered area; weather-safe placement required.
- Sound levels must comply with venue rules and local ordinances.
Music & Requests
- Custom playlists and do-not-play lists welcome.
- Radio/clean edits available on request.
- We read the room and keep the floor moving while respecting your preferences.
Overtime, Damages & Liability
- Overtime: $100 per additional hour, payable before overtime begins.
- Client is responsible for guest damages to DJ equipment caused by negligence or misconduct.
- We are not responsible for venue power issues or restrictions beyond our control.
